virtualiToy is committed to providing a safe, fun atmosphere for children of all ages. We adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and closely safeguard all submitted information.

virtualiToy users may use the site without registering or sharing any personal information. To join virtualiToy, we request certain information (name, email, age) that is considered Personal Information or Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and which requires you to accept our Terms and Conditions.

In order for minors (under 13 in US, under 16 in non-US) to register on virtualiToy, they must have the consent of a parent or guardian. We request a valid parent's email for this purpose. The parent or guardian must consent and activate the account before the child's information is stored in our database. If we do not receive confirmation by the parent within 30 days, we will erase the request for registration submitted by the child, as well as any submitted PII. A parent may also contact us at any time after registration to have their minor child's information deleted. This requires proper identification, which may be faxed to (US) 630.592.1275.

E-mail may be occasionally used to send information about new toys and games, services, account status, contests and surveys.

We will not use PII in any way that is not related to bettering and enriching your experience on our website without offering you the ability to opt out, or without your permission.
